"WHAT IS A RETIREE?"

Past the kitten stage, humm-Is a Bengal ever past the kitten stage? As a rule, we like to retire the girls between 2 and 3 years of age. If there are any health issues due to carrying a litter, problems birthing, or reproductive issues, or maybe the girls just don't want to settle down and be a mommy, what ever the case, we will retire them. We don't keep these girls, as they do deserve a better loving home, of which there is going to be more time spent just on them. We will list the girls as they become available soon after spaying. There adoption fee is normally the price of their spay, and can go as high as $500. By adopting an older kitty instead of a kitten, you've gained a BEAUTIFUL, matured cat that's just waiting for all your attention and one that has "settled down". She/he is settled in temperament and has a personality that'll keep you on the edge of your chair. Still very playful and waiting to be brushed!!

All of our Cats and Kittens are our pets first. They are used to a lot of attention, playtime and socialized with other cats. If your lucky enough to obtain a Retiree from us, do expect to be keeping us posted on her well-being, We will miss this kitty, however know he/she is in a great "forever" home of her own.
